As we enter the holiday season, production timescales can sometimes be longer than normal.   Products can go out of stock quickly at this time, and sometimes can take a while to be available again.  

Please bear with us during this period and we will try to get your order completed as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We would like you to be happy with your ordered products.  But if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) from our store, please read this page carefully. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.   We are happy to replace/refund items that have been supplied or printed by us in error or that have a fault upon opening.  But due to the nature of our business where all items are personalised, we will not refund or replace items for any other reason.


if you have a product that is faulty, please get prior approval via email before returning an item.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, unworn and unused condition. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if we made a mistake in shipping you the wrong item.  When returning an item(s), please put a copy of the invoice with the merchandise.   The Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back.  We will credit your credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees.


Damaged Items: We inspect all of our items before shipping.  If an item is damaged during shipping you need to contact us within 24 hours so that we may contact our shipping company.  Please save the packing materials of damaged items for the shipping company to inspect.


Processing Time: It can take up to 5 business days to process returns once we have received them and credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (varies depending on your bank).  Exchange items are shipped based on availability from the manufacturer once your return has been received and inspected.


Items that can NOT be returned/exchanged:

  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer (Size / Colour / Image / Transfer etc)
  • If the customer no longer requires the product after printing
  • Any product missing the original packaging, hang tags, or any part(s)
  • Any product that has obviously been worn or used prior to return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we shipped the wrong merchandise).  Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
